This summer I had the amazing opportunity to work with the
Pines Lake Association as their Art Instructor for their summer program. The summer was full of fun and messy projects. These projects you wouldn't normally see outside the art classroom, but being that I want to be an art teacher, I figured this would be a great opportunity to use these kids as guinea pigs and see what works and what doesn't. Below are just a sample of projects that the kids completed this summer. Some other projects not pictured are: Dream Catchers, Tie Dye Fabric, Tie Dye Card Making, 3-D stars, Paper Quilling, String Painting, Torn Metal Collage, Miniture Clay Sculptures, Sand Art, Decoupage Boxes, Mehndi Hands, Printing Making, Illuminated Initials, and the ever so famous friendship bracelets.
